I'm the owner and founder of Swift Active. I started this little activewear brand in Cape Town in 2020 with nothing more than two pairs of tights, a big dream, and the hope that I could bring a little more confidence and joy to women through what they wear.

I’ve always been a fitness enthusiast, and while I loved moving my body, I struggled to find activewear that felt good, fit well, and truly represented me - bright, bold, and unapologetically cheerful. So, I decided to create it myself.

My goal

My goal is simple: to design activewear that does more than just “fit.” Swift Active is all about creating pieces that make women feel strong, comfortable, and confident - whether they’re sweating it out in the gym, running errands, or just showing up as their boldest selves.

I want every collection to spark joy and inspire movement, with colours and styles that reflect beauty, movement, and joy - the three dots in our logo that represent the heart of everything we stand for.

My purpose

Why did I start Swift Active? Because I believe that activewear has the power to empower. During the tough, uncertain days of the pandemic, I realised how much movement and fitness poured into every other part of my life. I wanted to give that gift back - to women of all shapes, sizes, and walks of life.

Swift Active is here for the strong, vibrant, unapologetic women who aren’t afraid to stand tall and take up space. Our mission is to make you feel supported, comfortable, and oh-so-happy in your skin - no matter where your day takes you.
